Abstract

The aim of this research is to study and analyze the role of strategic analysis tools in improving the financial performance of economic institutions and their application on the Naftal Corporation - Medea- and its importance in revealing the outstanding resources and capabilities in the internal environment, and identifying opportunities and threats in the external environment, and this is through a case study of the Naftal Corporation - B'Tselem We have documents and information about the institution and conduct a SWOT analysis and BCG matrix on it. The results of the study showed that this institution does not study its internal and external environment as it should, and the strategic analysis is not applied on the ground. As for its performance, it is good and constantly improving, and for this we have proposed some recommendations Which can contribute to improving the analysis of the organization's strategy.
