الصدمة النفسية لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الصدمة النفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، وقد حددت إشكالية الدراسة بالتساؤل العام هل تعاني المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي من أعراض الصدمة النفسية؟ وتفرعت منها التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : هل تعاني المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي من إعادة معايشة الأحداث الصادمة؟ هل تتضايق المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي منى المواضيع التي تذكرها بالحدث الصادم؟ وانقسمت الدراسة إلى جانبين جانب نظري يحتوي على ثلاثة فصول، الفصل الأول يعرض الإطار العام للدراسة، والفصل الثاني يتعلق بالصدمة النفسية والفصل الثالث حول سرطان الثدي، أمّا الجانب التطبيقي فقد احتوى على البحث الميداني، والتحقق من الفرضيات، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (04) نساء مصابات بسرطان الثدي واعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، وتم تطبيق مقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة لدافيدسون، واستخدام المقابلة النصف موجهة. وبالنسبة لفرضيات الدراسة تحققت الفرضية الأولى مع حالة واحدة فقط، ولم تتحقق مع الحالات الأخرى، والتي تنص على "أنّ المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي تعاني من أعراض الصدمة النفسية ، وبالنسبة للفرضية الجزئية الأولى والتي تنص على "أن المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي تعاني من إعادة معايشة الأحداث الصادمة" تحققت مع حالة واحدة فقط أيضا(نفس الحالة) ولم تتحقق مع الحالات الأخرى، والفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي تنص على "أن المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي تتضايق من المواضيع التي تذكرها بالحدث الصادم" تحققت أيضا مع حالة واحدة فقط ولم تتحقق مع باقي الحالات. Study summary The current study aimed to know the level of psychological trauma among women diagnosed with breast cancer, the problem of this study was determined by the general question do women with breast cancer suffer from symptoms of psychological trauma?. And the following sub questions were branched from it: 1/ does woman with breast cancer suffer from re-experiencing the traumatic events? 2/ does woman with breast cancer get annoyed from topics that remind her with the traumatic event? This study was divided into two parts: A theoretical part that contains three chapters, the first one shows the general framework of the study, the second one speaks about the psychological trauma, and the third one is about breast cancer. Whereas the practical part had contained the field side and checking the hypotheses, and the research group was formed from four women with breast cancer and it relied on the clinical curriculum which based on case study approach, and the post-traumatic stress scale of Davidson was applied and using the half-guided interview. According to the study hypotheses, the first hypothesis was achieved with one case which states that the woman with breast cancer suffer from the symptoms of the psychological trauma, and it did not achieved with the other cases, and the first sub hypothesis was achieved with one case also which notes that the woman with breast cancer suffer from re-experiencing the traumatic events and it did not work with the other three cases, but regarding the second sub hypothesis that states woman with breast cancer is bothered from topics that remind her by the traumatic event was came true with one case rather than the other cases.
